Both companies MasterCare and Early Bird, where started in 1974 and are responsible for repairing household electronic equipment and appliances. This will include electronic entertainment equipment (TV’s, Hifi’s etc.) as well as major appliances (fridges, washing machines etc.)

We have a national footprint of branches and service agents throughout South Africa. For your convenience, we have a National call center where all calls and/or enquiries are logged and attended to.

We offer an in-house service whereby one of our experienced technicians will service/repair your appliance in your home (whenever possible) or will transport the unit from your home to our specialized workshop in our branch for repair. After being repaired, it will be delivered back to your home.

We also have extensive dealings and relationships with the manufacturers and the retail chains, on units under the manufacturer’s guarantee and units under extended guarantee and outside any warranty on cash basis.

We also offer an unique product for out-of-guarantee products in your home to provide you peace of mind and ease of budgeting expenses.  This medical aid for your home appliances is a choice of one of our maintenance care plan, payable on monthly basis. At a most affordable rate and no hidden costs.
